Veterans Day Message

11/11/2016

The beginning of the week was dominated by news of the historic 2016 Election, where well-meaning voters on both sides of the aisle battled over who would represent them from the White House to the courthouse. What better way to heal the divides than to come together on Veterans Day to honor those who have served and who protect the very democracy we participated in.

As a Colonel in the Army National Guard, I am grateful to serve alongside men and women who represent the best our country has to offer. Please join me in honoring them today and every day.
