COVID-19 Response

The coronavirus pandemic is unlike anything our nation has seen in the last century.  It’s created unprecedented challenges for families,  businesses, and health care providers, but I am confident that Ohioans, and Americans, will come through this stronger than ever.

As a Member of Congress, when coronavirus hit, I worked with Republicans and Democrats to make sure that front line health care workers, Main Street job creators, and families had the resources they needed.  From passing the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) that saved nearly 50,000 jobs in the 15th District, to supporting innovation that helped get Ohio hospitals desperately-needed personal protective equipment (PPE), I’m proud of what we’ve done, but I know there is still more to do.

I’ll continue to work every day to get our economy back on track and help our communities rebound from this pandemic.
